Home at Last!

We went to go pick up Aaron at the airport on Friday. He was supposed to be back on Thursday but they got delayed in Germany for a day, so they ended up being a day late coming back. Oh well! I've come to expect these things now so we just go with it!

We had some good friends come meet us there to help us welcome him home. We probably could have gotten a lot more people if it wasn't in the middle of a work day! I kind of like the embarrassing display-can you tell? After all, he deserves the recognition! Luckily, Allison had her camera so I didn't have to worry about taking pictures! Thanks!

Brady ran straight for Aaron when he saw him. It was so adorable. Talk about cruelty to a pregnant person-it was so precious I started crying!

We are so glad to have him back and have been having fun with him since Friday. That's one reason I haven't posted anything until now! Brady just keeps telling him that he is so glad that he is back.

Aaron has already started filling Brady's requests of the things he wanted to do with him when he got home. Some of these include (and he was very specific when Aaron asked him what he wanted to do): play Candy Land, play baseball, playing with his toys and there are several more that we have planned very soon. The most important of all is to go see the new Toy Story movie. Since it doesn't come out until next week, we'll have to wait on that one a bit!

Aaron has this week and next off of work so we we have lots of time to get some stuff done around the house as well as have fun!
